This newly renovated cape in historic East Sandwich is your year round getaway to enjoy the summertime fun or get cozy in the off-season and enjoy all the cape has to offer.

Step inside this 480 square foot 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home that comfortably accommodates 4 guests.

Notes on Dogs: Dogs are allowed but must be approved.

Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and bedroom 2 features a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Bedroom 1 features a closet and the bunk room provides a dresser to store all of your belongings.

The kitchen has a spacious fridge and a 4 top gas stove. All plates, glassware, and silverware are included and there is a keurig coffee machine to enjoy. Included as well is a toaster so you can enjoy breakfast at the house. The kitchen space features an extendable kitchen table if you are looking for additional table space for an evening-in.

The living room features a sofa to lounge or enjoy the brand new 40” HD Smart TV. You can log-in to your streaming services accounts.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower complete with a rainfall shower head and beautiful tiled floors.

We include all bath towels including hand and face towels. During the summertime, we provide pool towels and we ask that you only use the dedicated pool towels at the pool and keep the bath towels inside.

Outdoor Area
Guests also have full access to the community’s common areas including the in-ground pool that is open ~Memorial Day through Labor Day or enjoy the grassy lawn. Pool is subject to rules set by the HOA.

In the summer, we have a brand new grill for you to enjoy if you choose to cook dinner and have an evening in.
