Βίλλα 180 τμ. με εξωτερική πισίνα 40 τμ. ευρύχωρη, ατμοσφαιρική, πλήρως ανακαινισμένη με Boho chic αισθητική, με κήπο 1700 τμ. περιφραγμένο με πέτρινες μάντρες, πλακόστρωτη αυλή, ελιές , bbq, έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, εξωτερικη ντουζιερα, νεροχυτη, για στιγμές πλήρους χαλάρωσης και ιδιωτικότητας , 50 μέτρα από το κέντρο του χωριού Καλύβια ,μία πανέμορφη χερσόνησο στην Ανατολική Μάνη που βρέχεται γύρω γύρω από θάλασσα. Ισογειο και α’ οροφος επικοινωνουν με εσωτερικη και εξωτερικη σκαλα. Ευρυχωρο σαλονι με smart tv και wifi internet, καναπεδες, open plan κουζινα , τραπεζαρια και τζακι στο ισογειο. Σαλονι α οροφου με δυνατοτητα να κοιμηθουν δυο ατομα απομονωνοντας ενα μερος με κουρτινες black out. Smart tv και γρήγορο wifi internet. Ολα τα κουφωματα εχουν διπλα τζαμια και σιτες. Η προσβαση γινεται απο δρομο με ασφαλτο και υπαρχει δωρεαν χωρος parking εντος της αυλης που χωραει τρια αυτοκινητα. Σε κοντινη αποσταση 1,5-3 χλμ υπαρχουν πολλες παραλιες οργανωμενες και μη, δρομοι για πεζοπορια κλπ δραστηριοτητες. Στο χωριο δεν υπαρχουν εστιατορια και σουπερ μαρκετ. Σε κοντινη αποσταση 2-5 χλμ υπαρχουν φουρνοι και μινι μαρκετ, ενω μεγαλα σουπερ μαρκετ υπαρχουν στο Γυθειο και Αρεοπολη σε 15 χλμ. Σε 2-5 χλμ υπαρχουν αρκετα εστιατορια που καλυπτουν ολα τα γουστα.

Perfekt place to relax
The house is suitable for two families sharing. It is beautifully designed and left no wishes open. The living room is very spacious. The garden offers many shaddow places to rest and relax.
