Portico entry double glass front doors open into great room with soaring 20 ft high ceilings, newly Restoration Hardware furnished with custom fireplace. Wall to wall windows/sliders overlook the private outdoor oasis which includes custom designed gunite pool with newly updated salt water filtration system, separate built in Jacuzzi Hot tub, Fire Pit Table, Expansive deck with BBQ area, Outdoor shower and Indoor/Outdoor SONOS entertainment speakers.
Dining room has enough to accommodate 10 seatings on new high end Restoration Hardware dining set. Enjoy fully stocked eat in kitchen with granite countertops, Viking stainless steel appliances, and center island with additional bar stools. Breakfast area is also adjacent to the open kitchen and walks out to open deck.

Great family getaway!
We loved our stay in this Sag Harbor house. The location is very private yet very close to town and about 12 minutes from East Hampton Beach.
The house is very comfortable for families. The backyard is really wonderful and offers many activities for everyone to enjoy: Pool, tennis court, basketball hoop, hot tub, large deck with grill.
The rooms are big and each with bathroom.
The living/kitchen area is open with lots of natural light. House was very clean on our arrival. Beds were very comfortable with good bed sheets and good towels.
The homeowner was always available through text and responded very fast to our questions.
There is an unfinished basement with a ping pong table that my teen sons enjoyed as well.

Lovely property with Tennis Court and Pool
Our family had a great stay at Hsiu's home. Plenty of rooms, and we loved the tennis court. We did have some recommendations which we've expressed to Hsiu that he is planning to take care of for the future such as 1. Only the master bedroom has blackout shades - tough when traveling with an infant to not be able to block light in the bedrooms. 2 The closets upstairs had a lot of the owner's things in them, which I'd recommend he clears out before renting the property again. 3 - Hsiu planned to charge separately after the fact for usage of heating the pool, the bbq gas, and using more than standard energy. For an expensive vacation, we did not like feeling nickel and dimed and like we couldn't use the pool. We expressed this to Hsiu and sounds like he will do this differently in the future. Overall though would recommend the house, particularly if those issues are resolved!
