Sophisticated 3000+/- sq ft contemporary is located in the desirable Landfall community of the Northwest Woods, East Hampton. This neighborhood includes a private bay area with breathtaking views and is conveniently located near Cedar Point Park. This house features a welcoming entryway seamlessly flowing into the large and open living space with high ceilings and large windows and skylights. Off the dining room is the kitchen and bright breakfast nook. The kitchen was recently remodeled with stainless-steel appliances, and new cabinetry. The master suite is located on the top level and features a newly renovated en suite bath. There are two additional guest bedrooms that share a large bathroom, a separate kitchenette and spacious den which leads to the wonderful pool area surrounded by extensive decking. There are large doors off the living rooms both upstairs and down that take you out to the new mahogany decks. The newly landscaped 1 acre property is on a reserve. Private and near the beach.
