Conveniently located within minutes to three different ocean beaches (Main Beach, Wainscott Beach and Georgica Beach) as well as downtown East Hampton for easy access to shopping, groceries and restaurants (Main Street is a 4 minute drive).

This home, off of Stephen Hands Path has been built with year round comfort in mind.
The first floor features an open floor plan encompassing living room, kitchen and breakfast area with a fireplace and junior master bedroom en suite with soaking tub. There is a formal dining room with butler's pantry. Multiple entry/exits from living/dining space leads to a stone patio and covered porch for the ideal transition from indoors to out. Home features a working gas fireplace, an outdoor grill connected to propane line, a wood burning solo stove as well as a fire table for enjoying the beautifully landscaped outdoors, even on chilly evenings.

Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer and oversized mud room are key in completing your needs and a two-car garage complete this first level. The lower level also features an ensuite junior Master bedroom and another ensuite bedroom. The Perfect Hamptons Stay for a group of friends
From beginning to end, the process of communicating and coordinate with Nik surpassed my expectations. The house was beautiful, well stocked and had everything we needed. When we had an issue trying to get the spa to heat properly, Nik responded immediately and the pool technician was there the next day to fix it. Check in and check out process was seemless. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm visiting the Hamptons and would recommend this place to any group of friends or family. Nik - thank you for making our first Hamptons experience an exceptional one!
