Our stay started out a bit, shaky in that they could not locate our reservation. We were guaranteed that they would still have a spot for us. They’re definitely with some confusion. We were lucky enough to get in a bit earlier than the posted check-in time which was lovely because we were all very tired. The staff seems very kind and professional. The rooms were a bit lacking in amenities, no cups, glasses, cream and sugars, etc.. So maybe another half an hour would’ve given them the appropriate time to complete the room prep. We had three meals On site and the food was very good and the service in the restaurant excellent Given the location and again the kindness of the staff would we use this hotel again… Definitely yes

This is located in a unique location. BEAUTIFUL Beach. Staff are friendly and dining facility is very Caribbean and inviting. Swimming pool is really nice and the pool bar has a wide selection of drinks for all ages. The grounds could use a little more attention to detail that would make this place stunning.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff at the restaurant and bar were extremely friendly. The check in was a little inconvenient. Our room was supposed to be pool view, but the overgrown landscaping prevented any view. Many rooms are near the sewer treatment and it stinks.
