You'll find this secluded and private home on over 1300sq mtrs of land an absolute delight! This air conditioned home has 4 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine and dishwasher, and a living room with a cosy wood fire! There's also a "quiet" room for anyone wanting some "me" time. Sitting on the front veranda with your morning cuppa you're only about 4 mtrs from the small forest and in the afternoon you can sit on the back porch enjoying a glass of wine looking out to all the fruit trees in the backyard, you may even spot one of our local "blue wrens", they're quite territorial to Dwellingup.
Dwellingup won "Top Tiny Town" for WA and Australia in 2023 and it's easy to understand why as there is so much to offer including the Steam Train, Lane Poole Reserve, world renowned walking and cycling trails, skate park and pump track, a beautiful cidery and so much more.
