It was very nice stay in Dusseldorf. The hotel apartment is located by Rhine and very relaxed environment. I loved sauna in the facility.

Service was terrible. In the 10 days I stayed no one came to clean the room or change towels and sheets. I asked 3 different people and still no one came. The air conditioning was not working all this time, made the room very uncomfortable. Again told management

Fantastic place to stay, 5 stops from central Düsseldorf on the tram and there is a stop right outside the hotel. Views across the Rhein and the city were amazing. The room was lovely too with a balcony. Only downside is that it doesn’t have a reception etc should you have any issues. Also there was no information about other amenities within the building and where to find them. My friend had a suite in a higher floor with a wrap around balcony which was stunning. I would highly recommend staying here.

I liked the easy access via technology on the phone to access different areas of the hotel including room, also how friendly the staff is. I dont like the fact there is not always the option to communicate with someone when needed and missing simple items such as iron for clothes and a functioning coffee machine in the room.

Zipper hotel is fantastic
Hotel is slightly out of centre but the tram connection is superb. The hotel is very nice with amazing views over the city and Rhein. I stayed on 12th floor in skyline view room. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, the rooms were very comfortable and very complete. The only negative was that there were not many taxis/uber cabs in the area, which complicated my experience a bit. For people going for pleasure the hotel is great, For the rest, the hotel is amazing and every morning they have a barista making coffee for the guests.

There was no paper towel in the kitchen, no trash bin in the bathroom. In the morning of the last day, a male cleaner abruptly opened the door without knocking, creating a frightening experience

Ruhig sollte man kaum glauben, so nah an der Hauptstraße, aber tatsächlich. Auch bezüglich auf die Größe des Hotels waren andere Gäste kaum hörbar. Tolle Anbindung in die Altstadt, da Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Sehr gemütliche, moderne und sehr saubere Einrichtung, hochwertig. Trotz anfänglicher "Angst" vor dem komplett digitalen war immer jemand erreichbar, entweder Handy oder Whatsapp - sehr schnelles Feedback, super!!! Wir waren begeistert, gern wieder ZIPPER!!! :)

Das Zipper ist noch recht neu, heißt aber nicht dass alles in Ordnung ist. Klimaanlage lief nicht, wurde auch sofort drum gekümmert. Ok - scheint aber wohl öfter mal nicht zu funktionieren. Das ganze mit der Online Anmeldung/ Check in lief leider auch nicht - zum einen habe ich die E-Mail von Expedia gar nicht bekommen- nur die Erinnerung daran dass ich mich online anmelden soll.. da hier aber der entsprechende Link nicht da war- keine Chance. Vor Ort konnte ich auch nichts tun, da ich vor dem Gebäude gar kein Internet hatte. Sehr freundlicher Service hat mir dann den Türcode am Telefon durchgegeben. In der Lobby das Check in hat soweit geklappt, nur das mit dem Schlüssel nicht- da kommt man sich dann schon doof vor - war aber ein EDV Problem. Auch dadrum hat sich die freundliche Service Dame gekümmert… Aber was ist wenn man nach 23 Uhr ankommt? Hmm Die Räume an sich waren sauber und zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet. Das Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck waren zt. Sehr dreckig. Das fand ich bei dem Tarif, der für das Apartment aufgerufen wird sehr enttäuschend. Die Aussicht auf den Rhein war traumhaft. Die Klimaanlage geht automatisch aus, wenn der Balkon geöffnet wird - und somit muss danach manuell wieder eingeschaltet werden- soweit ich das beurteilen kann. Ingesamt war es aber sehr schön.
