For flying travelers, can’t beat this hotel.
One night stay while on business in Duesseldorf. This is a very nice property, kept clean and in good condition. Staff is helpful and the sushi restaurant in the lobby was delicious. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and it didn’t disappoint. Check in counters are only a 5-10 minute walk from the lobby which is a huge help for early flights. Rooms are modern and spacious. For the price I was impressed. Will definitely come back.

Poor service - we arrived at 12:00 and our room was ready but was advised I would need to pay an extra 39 euro to get in my room prior to 3 PM. This makes no sense. I then asked if I’d get a discount if I checked out early but was told no. I don’t really expect to pay less if I check out early but feel the extra charge to get in a room that is available is taking advantage of the customer. Also, most restaurants in the hotel were closed during my stay - very inconvenient.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Very clean. The breakfast is very substantial. The best part is it’s only about 200 steps to the terminal in a covered walkway!
