Location is excellent when you need to be at the airport for an early flight. Staff were just OK - not helpful on check in (had to work out where to go to find our room, no one explained or sat us down for breakfast). Breakfast was awful.

An airport hotel normally would allow to check in straight away after arrival. We tried at 10am & were told 3pm check in. I pointed out that they were an Airport Hotel & that I have never experienced this before!! I was made to wait over 1 hour working at a breakfast table in the foyer

Very nice hotel in front of DUS Airport. Bus connection to City centrum, c.20min. Very low nice level inside of building. Very good restaurants.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Saubere und grosszügige Zimmer. Nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Sehr reichhaltiges Morgenbuffet!
