It is a long walk to the airport, about 20 minutes, and when we booked our room we were misled by an Advertisement that said “ complementary shuttle service to the airport,” there is no such thing.

Had a flight cancelled and needed somewhere to stay at short notice late in the evening, Restaurant was closed on arrival but food available from the bar, friendly staff.

Wonderful staff! Great bar and delicious breakfast. Convenient, walking distance from the airport and trains. GREAT rooms, with strong AC (my favorite)! Also very close to the concert arena. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay when visiting Düsseldorf
The hotel is in a great location if you want to tour around. Very clean and front desk staff are very helpful with anything you need, directions, more towels etc. Breakfast is good, and the breakfast area is spacious and clean I would definitely stay here again

This hotel serves a good purpose of being easily accessible to the airport. Walking path to the airport is convenient and easy to use, but not sure I'd use it after dark (although it is lit). Facilities are updated and nice, rooms are nicely furnished with good space. Towels weren't great in the room - a little thin, threadbare, and seemed well used.

Second time I have stayed here in last 6 mths - Greta location for airport and train, affordable, clean and of a very high standard. Staff are super efficient and always happy to help. Only gripe is no security safe in bedroom

Loved this place! Extremely friendly front desk staff, spacious and colorful common areas, including an outdoor patio, free breakfast and a small, but extremely functional and absolutely beautifully designed bedroom. I come from a hospitality background and can appreciate the perfect use of space. Everything seems brand new and the bed was heavenly! The place is located between the Flughafen railway station and the airport. I had read in other reviews that it's walkable, so I took 1 stop on the Skytrain to the Parkhaus and walked from there which took 20 minutes with 2 suitcases which was pretty unpleasant, so i highly recommend you take a EUR 8-10 cab ride whether you arrive by train or plane. When i checked out at 4:30am there was already a taxi waiting outside. Uber is also available in that area.
