After checking out, I realized I had left my wallet and wedding band in the room. Panicked, I contacted the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful and reassuring. Within a short time, they had located my items and arranged for them to be securely returned to me. This level of honesty and promptness is truly commendable and greatly appreciated.

Air Con not working and was told to open window, which was sooo loud with the passing trains. Very transient area. Went to grocery store in evening and on way back saw two different people doing some pretty hard core drugs. No one bothered us but it was a conversation I didn’t want to have with my teenager. Pool was nice and we loved the shower.

Great hotel! Brand new and very convenient to the main train station. My only complaint is the warm rooms. Americans love air conditioning and although each room has air, they don’t allow you to set it lower than 75-77 degrees. Everything else was absolutely amazing!!!

The rooms were a great size and had every amenity possible. Noise wasn't a problem being next to the train station. Bed was super comfortable and the staff were super helpful in storing our bags before check-in. Would recommend this to anyone thinking of staying here.

I really like the location, which makes it super easy to move. Main train station is just a couple of minute walk. Main shopping area is just 15 min walk. What i like the most that the apartment has all the basic amenities needed. Pool, sauna and well equipped gym.

Lovely apartment and really clean. A few scratches on the walls but overall the rooms are well kept. Friendly staff at reception and at the restaurant. We had a lovely meal and food was well presented and plenty of selection of drinks.
