Worst experience of my life I won't stay there even if it was R100 a night we are misled by pics elevator was faulty 97% of my stay using stairs to go to 13th floor is hell place was dirty reception was poor and did nothing to attend to complains TV not working broken things and broken windows could not close place was freezing. I would advice no one to go there

I didnt like anything about the place and even lost my daughter's towel and my son's nike hoodie. The manager and the owner are so arrogant, the ladies are nice n the guy that fix things around. But i wouldnt recommend the place to anyone coz it is not even a 3 star guesthouse let alone a guesthouse, it is suitable for student's rentals. The owner must just stick to that n stop misleading people by taking their money n let them stay in unbearable conditions of his apartments. The conditions are terrible.
