The property is actually confusing to get into the lot, but once found it's clean, well lit, and acceptable. Upon checking in a male staff member was standoffish,rude, and had other things to do so we were not a priority. A female staff came to take over and she was more pleasant but they seemed very rushed and like they didn't want to mess with us. We stood in front of the check in desk for about 5 min before the process of actually checking in started. Upon entering the room it was clean but smelled weird. Not enough to change rooms but definitely off. The water is extremely hot, to the point my sister burned her hand. Upon pulling the covers back on the bed I found a few things that led me to believe they didn't change the bedding at all and just remade the beds. Like lint and dark hair that wasn't mine. The property is nice, I think they just need to adjust some things. We didn't make it to the bkfst bc it's over by 9. When checking out the woman at the desk was very nice. The ice machine is hard to locate, their signage I never did find for it.

UNSAFE **** We had 4 guests in our room (senior, adult, & 2 small kids, 1yo & 3yo) stayed 2 nights: Thurs, 9/26 & Friday, 9/27. We had a someone open our door with a keycard at 6am on Saturday morning & turn our entry light on to our room. When we realized that it was someone else, we rushed to the door only to smell a smoking odor in the hallway & no person to be seen. When I went to the front desk, the lady was understanding & took down my information. She claimed that she didn't make any keys for my room & was going to have management contact me. No one from the hotel has reached out. I was so upset to risk the safety of my kids and not give me any kind of explanation. We used our key card the night before about 945p & when I tried to use again after visiting the front desk, it didn't work. Indoor heated pool was not heated. No towels in pool area & hotel staff told me to come to front desk, if I wanted towels for the pool when I had my 2 kids (1 & 3) by myself.
