The only thing I would improve is the snack area and the fitness area, would love to have hot tub or swimming pool but it was nice and quiet

The staff at this location was great. They were all friendly and gave suggestions for different things. The room was large and good for us 4 adults. Location was convenient to Choctaw which is where we were headed and 1/2 the price! The location is very dated and they seem to be doing some remodeling. My only complaint is the couch in our room was very dirty. It was stained and just needs to be thrown out. Other than that everything was good. Definitely can tell they are trying to update it.

When you say breakfast starts 10/13 at 7 a.m. it should start at 7 a.m. and not 7:30ish. And I go to the front desk and have to call for assistance....REALLY? Not a good experience and will try the best western across the street next.

We were transferred to three different rooms. The first room given to us was one of the bed was still used by previous guest (comforter was off the bed) and there are still some stuff left by the previous guest. The second room was another problem because the switch on the bathroom was not working (grounded). The third one was way better however the sliding door on the bathroom has no lock which I think is good for couples staying in and the towels were only good for two (we were three on that day). We were tired from a 5-hour drive and it upsets us that instead of relaxing we were faced with this kind of problem.
