Typical '50s-'60s construction with very little renovation. Multiple buildings surrounded a KFC chicken restaurant. Two story units, no elevator. Significant smoking section. Late arrival resulted in assignment to rarely used 2nd floor room with smoky odors directly above smoking units. One electrical outlet not functioning. Nicer budget hotel properties nearby. Bottom tier of other Best Western I have stayed at in recent years. Property doesent warrant 8.2 website rating.

Outstanding Value!!!
We had to travel to Durant on short notice for a funeral. Found this place on Hotels.com and were very impressed. This is a VERY GOOD VALUE for the money. The rooms were clean and neat, the staff just outstanding in their desire to help and the rate was a bargain. We booked at last minute, on a whim, and were not disappointed. If I ever return to Durant, I'm staying here!!!
The pool was a respite from the summer heat, and it was CLEAN!!!
