Great location and staff!
Location was perfect to visit family over the holidays. All team members we encountered were fabulous and so helpful! Bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The only downsides - room and furnishings are showing wear and tear. Also, somehow lots of flies were getting into the room. Not sure how, but there were a lot in the bedroom.

It was christmas eve. There was one place to eat. Very crowded. We waited to be seated . They never lookedup. The hallway was dirty. Dirty sheets in the hallway for two days

We enjoyed our quick stay however, there seems to be a bottled water shortage. We asked 2 different people and they looked at us like we were dumb. Awesome pool and hot tub. 3 drink maximum seems a bit odd but whatever.

Overall experience was not good, the room had a bunch of flies, hotel wasn’t ADA compliant and did not have the necessary equipment for disabled guests to utilize. TV in room was old of date and made the entertainment in room not existent.

We have been staying here for years. Love visiting this peoperty, the staff attention i will say has definitely declined recently. Not as friendly and definitely not as attentive. I called the fron desk from our room upon arriving because of an issue with our safe and they never answered after 30 mins and multiple trys. I did walk fown and spoke to them and they handled it. Thei wait staff on the floor was not frienly and only seemed to attend to friends or regular guests. The security staff was great and very friendly.
