Hot water for 2 minutes from cold water faucets. Beds were indented badly and room air quit during the night.

The room itself was fine and the bathroom part where the sink was fine but the tub was awful!! The grout was broken and gross and some of the tiles needed to be replaced. It looked like a 5 yr. old did the grout. The AC unit was noisy and we stayed for 4 nights and we had no housekeeping. I literally had to ask the cleaning guy if he could empty our trash and get clean towels. If I hadn't asked we would not have had anything done to our room. We can make the bed but as least empty our trash!! Oh also the cold water in the bathroom sink would turn to very hot water if you left it on for any length of time!! For the price I don't think we will stay there again.

Room was clean. People above us were rather loud but that’s not the hotel’s fault. $30 a little high to pay for a pet especially at this level of a hotel.

Disappointing...
Couch was nasty... Old and very stained. Property was run down. Second floor walkway felt like it was rotting and had old, stained carpeting. Big gap around door for air and insects to come through. Bed was ok. Room was livable. The only reason I didn't ask for a refund and find another hotel is that it was just me and I didn't feel like messing around with relocating because the whole trip was hectic and I was just "done". I would never stay there again, especially with a guest. I stayed in a beautiful Holiday Inn Express in Portland Oregon (an expensive city) a few days later for about $40 more per night. Your motel should be about $60 per night.

Parking was easy. I'm glad there was a room available, however, the room smelled, was very dated, and had multiple moths in it. I do see that the property was being updated. So maybe in the future the rooms would be better.

To their credit, they appeared to be updating things, but the general condition was poor for the price I paid for the room. One of my keys didn't work, the other took at least half a dozen attempts. I enlisted the help of the woman who checked in me to get in to my room and it took her half a dozen attempts as well. Then she looked at me as if saying "see, the key works fine". Another silly little thing is the hot and cold water for the tub were reversed. Again, little things but for what I paid, pretty poor.

Too Expensive for what you get
This quality inn is in a decent location. However, it was fairly expensive for what we got, which wasn’t much. We had numerous flying bugs that kept appearing everywhere. I’m also not sure if this was only the case the particular weekend we were there, but large groups of people were outside drinking and smoking all night long. The walls are paper thin, so you’ll hear everything including all the cars leaving the next day at 6am. Great location, but too expensive for a quality inn of this caliber.

The pool is closed is under construction, the laundry machines don’t work at all, the ice machine not working. And the cleanliness in the room is bad the sheets and bathroom really bad
