This estate has all the luxuries you need for a fun trip- shuffleboard, basketball, cornhole, fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, ping pong, darts, fishing gear, games, movies, smart TVs, & more!!! This property is also centrally located, with walk-ability to several local restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to the Dunnellon Historic Shopping District, more groceries and restaurants. A short 10 minute drive to the KP Hole or Florida Blue Springs Park at the river head, there are also bike and hiking trails nearby.
