Lovely greeting and offered a paper for the next morning. Room a bit dated in living area and very loud music coming from over the back fence when we arrived. Thankfully they turned it down at 9pm. Great surprise was the free laundry facilities and laundry powder.

I loved the location of this property. Friendly staff. Unit was very clean. Great value for money, but the thing I liked the best about the property was the space. In the unit we stayed in (2 bedroom) the upper bedroom had heaps of room. We could hang up our clothes, out the way, plenty of drawers to for smalls and t-shirts and things, then still room to put away our bags and cases. It was great having a kitchen, with everything you need and plenty of room to prep food. Now that I have found this place, I will stay here any time I return to Dunedin! Ideal for short stay...No need to look elsewhere!

Whilst the outside of the complex could do with a major refresh (paint peeling and mould) the unit was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet despite its location. Staff were accommodating
