Warm Home in Dunedin

Our lovely house is conveniently located just a 7 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre and 3 minutes’ to Mornington shopping centre. Bus stop just stands 2 minutes walk away which can take you right to Mornington or City centres.

Plus 2 minutes walk to childcare or local playground, 3 minutes walk to Kaikorai Valley College . "Close enough to what we needed but far enough away to be lovely and quiet" (quoted from one of our lovely guests). Guests will have full access to the first floor and backyard.

We have a veggie garden at the back yard, may have fresh produce depends on the season, we would like to share some with our guests but please ask permission before you taking them.

There is basement studio room has separate entrance which is tenantable and garage on the ground floor for storing our tools which you would not have access but there is one dedicated car park space for your team.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Kew Park Dog Exercise Area. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Super comfortable home
Home was easy to find, very easy to check in with auto lock on the door - great idea. Super convenient for visiting the Dunedin area and sights. Comfortable bed, lovely sheets - good shower room. If large group staying at house would struggle a little with dishes in kitchen. Bare essentials there and good, just lacks large bowls and serving dishes. Would recommend.

Great Family Stay
Really appreciated the heat pump. It warmed up the house nicely. The location was quiet & conveniently located for us to get to our family functions. The house was lovely & clean too. Our host was quick at replying to our queries.
