Was told that the only parking was on the street metered parking. Free after 6pm to 9am the next day but anytime before than it is a max 2 hrs. AC in room don’t work right was it was hot. Hardly any usb ports available for charging electronic items.

Great location, comfortable hotel, bathroom cleaning could be better, particularly in shower. Secure parking an issue, tried to book in advance and all gone. This is an annoying issue as I prefer to park in hotel securely.

This hotel is a short walk from the Octagon, which makes it very convenient. My room was spacious and had a nice view of the harbour. When I reported a light bulb that needed to be replaced, it was replaced promptly.

Good location and staff
All the staff are gentle and friendly, I stayed for 3days in Dunedin, all were good except the weather but all staff in this hotel gave me a good info and service. It’s close to most monuments around the Octagon where the centre of the city and some facilities. ex) a supermarket and so on. But if you drive, you must check whether a book a parking spot at the hotel can be available or not!

The location was great, basically bang in the middle of the CBD. The room was nice and clean, although there was a constant humming all day and night and the fridge sounded like a forklift in the middle of the night.
