River View Apartment - 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with views over the River Tay and walking distance to Dundee city centre
Pillow Partners are proud to present this large, luxury 3-bedroom ground floor apartment. Perfectly suited to both business professionals and to tourists visiting the area!
The apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and there is free on-street parking available. The living room is combined with the kitchen to be open plan and spacious. There is a smart TV and free WiFi available,and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms. All the bedrooms can be setup as super king beds or split into twins. Each bedroom comes with a wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and a small desk and chair. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room should this be needed which can sleep a further 2 guests. There is a separate utility room with a sink and combined washer/dryer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a separate bath.
The apartment also benefits from its own backdoor to the back garden which is should only be used in emergencies.
Located in the West end of Dundee, it is well situated near Dundee airport alongside plenty of interesting places and attractions to visit. The University of Dundee, Abertay University and Ninewells Hospital are all close by, as is Perth Road, which has an array of restaurants, pubs and cafes.
The McManus Art Gallery and Museum, Discovery Point and the V&A are also a stone's throw away, which offers some lovely things to do for a day out.
Surrounded by St Andrews, Carnoustie and Perth, Dundee is a perfect place to stay and explore what Scotland has to offer!
