**House on the hill is cleaned by our trained housekeepers who will continue to wear appropriate PPE during the entire turnover. All bed linen and towels provided are laundered by a professional laundry company and arrive bagged & direct from laundry to property. Anti-bacterial hand soap & hand sanitiser are provided.**

If you are coming by train (and you like hills) then it's a 15min walk from the railway Station. 10mins from central Dundee or £5 approx in a taxi.

We have off road parking for those coming by car which is shared with the other residential flats.

Great apartment
We had a lovely week in the house on the hill in Dundee. Everything imaginable was provided in the kitchen and it was great to be able to do laundry. The beds were very comfy. The neighbourhood is very quiet. You need a car or in our case, we took cabs everywhere, but that wasn’t an issue. We enjoyed the HMS Unicorn and Discovery, the Jute Museum, the McManus, and several great restaurants. Communication with host was prompt. A wonderful,place to stay.

Beautiful Dundee flat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Dundee flat during our stay for a conference. It served all our needs and was easy walking distance from the train station . There is a big hill but we managed it with our large suitcase . The property manager was quick to reply to our message about a window that didn’t lock and had it urgently fixed for us . Would definitely recommend.

Lovely home
Very neat & clean place. It suited our needs to a tee but if you wanted cafe’s & restaurants nearby this isn’t your place but that didn’t bother us as we were happy to cook since we’ve been away for a while. There’s a small supermarket in walking distance which was good. Overall great place.

Nice property would live there now we are retired. If I was younger a hike up Constitution Rd every day would keep me fit but very accessible to the city. 10GBP for a taxi from centre buses 5min away and you can use credit card.

This beautiful apartment was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay only being a 15 minute downhill walk into the city centre. The walk back was more challenging!! Everything you could need was provided and the property was well maintained with well thought-out fixtures and fittings
