From the "prior to check in" communication, through to check out, our stay was exemplary. The room was comfortable, well equipped, quiet, sparkling clean, and very well laid out. The check in-check out processes were easy and straightforward. The staff were polite, efficient, informative, and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for an evening of theater or a stroll through the quaint village of Chemainus. There is lots of free parking at the hotel. We did not use the gym or pool but both looked clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall good stay
We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was spacious for three adults. There was a keurig in the room for tea and coffee. The main bed was in a closet like room and the bed was comfy. The sofa bed was hard and you could feel the springs. I’d recommend sleeping on the couch and not using the sofa bed as the couch cushions were soft and comfortable to sit on. There’s a hot breakfast which was lovely but get there early or you won’t get a seat!

The absolute best hotel to stay at in the area for comfort and luxury. Love everything about it, pool is located outside though, so it’s only good to stay at in the summer. Amazing view, and I had the best sleep ever in this hotel! I will definitely rebook this hotel when I’m in the area.
