Staff was friendly. Bed had hair all over it and room just didn't seem like it was cleaned well. I informed staff and they gave us a new room. Overall hotel is fine, however there isn't much around the immediate area and the area looks very unkept and sketchy. I imagine once they clean up the area and add more businesses, it'll be a great place to stay. I've

The staff members were very nice and helpful! The room was clean and the breakfast options were ok. Our hand soap and body wash dispensers were both empty when we checked in and then when staff came to refill them the hand soap dispenser fell off the wall. Good for a budget hotel overall.

Stayed here several times. I really liked the High efficiency parking spots. In Duluth there is not one hotel that has electric vehicle charging for their guests. Personally, with an electric car I'm looking for a hotel that has this highly valued options. PLEASE take a look adding chargers and you will see a bump in customers coming to this hotel. It will become the number one destination in Duluth.
