Stay at this historic second story apartment in the heart of Duluth. A cute 2 bedroom 1 bathroom space blending new and old seamlessly and offering a view that will take your breath away. This walk up apartment is set in a beautiful 1905 building that has been renovated to provide everything the modern world calls for. Situated a few minutes walk from downtown and the Canal Park area, some of the best restaurants, shops, and bars in the city are just outside your door.

The living room has great space for you and your guests to hangout and spend time together. The kitchen has great counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs and is fully stocked with your basic essentials! Whether you're enjoying a book in the back office/living area, watching a movie in the living room, or a cup of joe on the balcony you're going to have a great stay!

Clock Tower Apartment has ample amenities such as: On site laundry, off-street parking, private entrance, WIFI, a SmartTV with Netflix and much more!!

This is not a 'party house'. Price listed is subject to change. Standard two night minimum as required by the City of Duluth. Duluth rental license number: PL21-175

Access: Accessing the house is super easy because there's a handy keypad located at the front entry, just use the unique codes provided in your reservation instructions and voila! You're in!

Parking: There are multiple options for you to park during your stay. The primary parking space is located in the back alley. However, you can utilize the underground parking in the beige condo's next door, (a garage door opener is provided in the rental) or street parking outside the front of the building can be utilized for any overflow parking or your convenience.

Guest Interaction: Our awesome guest service team is here to assist you from 8am to 9pm. If you have any questions or need anything, just give us a ring. You'll find our contact information in your booking confirmation. We'll primarily communicate through the booking platform and/or email, so keep an eye out for important check-in info. You'll receive all the details at 3pm on the day of your arrival. Check-in time is at 4pm. Check-out time is 10am. Feel free to reach out if you need anything else. We're here to make your stay amazing!

Transit: While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;

3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.

6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.

7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

8. PETS a) Pets are not permitted at the vacation rental.

9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.

10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.

11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals 218-409-4885 b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.

12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

It was a very nice little place, the neighborhood was a little rough, but nothing unreasonable. My only complaint was given a garage parking spot which was labeled for our unit however a truck was parked in that spot the whole trip, would like parking to be available when said it was. However there was an outside spot available.

Not the family neighborhood that was described.
Overall, the property was as advertised. Upon check-in, we had a problem with parking as someone was in the designated spot in the back. I called the property management company, and they said they would log an incident—end of conversation. I parked on the street for both days. The neighborhood was not as expected or described. We were greeted with creepy guys watching us on the street as we checked it, people sleeping in the bushes in the empty lot next to the house, and police activity in the back alley. My wife did not feel comfortable. Would I come back? Only if the price were reduced by 33%. It's too expensive for what you get.

The apartment is nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is not the nicest but was walking distance from canal park. Bed in second bedroom was uncomfortable.

Perfect location and cute place, just needs a couple items
The living room could use a stool or pouf to allow for more flexible seating. This could also double as a stand for a fan, which we needed for the bedrooms (or install ceiling fans). Location is great, balcony is perfect for evening drinks or reading while looking over the lake.

Very spactious and well designed home with the perfect location. Within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and interesting shops. Parking in the back of the property that can be seen from one of your two balconies. Overall just lovely place and I would stay again next time I came to Duluth.

Super cute two bedroom apartment that over looks Lake Superior, close to many attractions. Navigating was easy to and from the apartment. Parking was convenient whether we parked in the back or the front. Only complaint was minor, being able to only use the front door was a little hindering since we parked in the back. Loved the two sitting areas. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Beds were comfy and I was thankful for the room darkening shades. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. Plenty of bath towels available and plenty of extra blankets were available around the apartment. Thanks for a wonderful stay and will likely stay again when we come back!

Nice place but over committed and under delivered
Did not have what was promised for amenities, no coffee bags, bottles water, trash was not taken out and the floor was not cleaned. Called property manager about getting coffee bags, they said yeah we will do that, but never got the coffee. Overall nkce place but expectations were not met.

Smart 2nd floor apartment with a view of Duluth's working harbor, we found our stay perfect for both playing games by this view at night and heading out to ski Duluth's great x country ski trails by day. Great rooms for a small family get away in the heart of hilly Duluth.

Very nice location and comfortable
The property was in a good area and check in process was pretty good. Plan to hang all your clothes since there's no drawers or shelves in the bedroom. Also there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment so keep that in mind when you book. The house was close to my family, so it worked out really nice for us.

Fabulous Vacation
The property was absolutely perfect for us. It had plenty of space for us and our doggos. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with coffee in the mornings and enjoying the beautiful view. I would highly recommend this property. Anytime we had questions we are helped quickly, and with kindness. We never felt like we were being put off. The bed was super comfy, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen is fully stocked, and ready for you to cook or bake anything. I look forward to staying here the next time we head up to the north shore. :0)
