-Duck Inn is a 4,500’ home sleeps 18 people located at 103 Osprey Ridge Road in the subdivision of Osprey Ridge in the historic Town of Duck, North Carolina.
Many upgrades have been made for 2024- 2025 including new appliances, new granite countertop in main kitchen, paint, new carpet & Brand New Inground Quartz Heated Pool with Privacy Fence.
*”Duck Inn is located .4 miles from the Village commercial district with world class, dining, shopping, and Duck Sound Side Boardwalk that connects Duck Park and access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Enjoy Sea Hawk Property Owner amenities we have recently added by acquiring the wooded lot behind our house which includes beach access just 700 yards away. This is a 9 minute walk, 4 minute bike ride, or 2 minute drive with plenty of parking. There is also a sound front Deck on Sea Hawk where you can enjoy sunsets over the Currituck sound.
*If you have more than 18 people for the booking of the property, there will be an additional fee charged per person of $200 by permission.
We must know the exact number of people, pets that will be occupying the home during your stay & must be stated in your reservation contract. There is No Exception to breaching the contract.
When in Communication through the VRBO Platform:
The guest stated under the reservation contract is the only person that may respond to any inquiries or payments. Any person who is not listed under the reservation contract or who's name is not listed for the booking itself must state/sign off their full name on any inquiry through the VRBO Platform so that there is clear communication of who we are speaking with.
TO CONFIRM RESERVATION:
When Booking the Home: You Must Please Provide a Copy of Your Driver's License with the Rental Agreement House Rules Signed and Acknowledged by yourself and list all guests name/ age staying at the home with all children & pets name/ age/ breed even if it is a partial stay.
EARLY CHECK IN: Permitted Upon Request well in advance through the VRBO Platform. Early Check-in by 1pm, for an additional cost of $100.
No Exceptions for Late Check Out.

You Will Need Pre-Approval Prior to Booking Property from the Property Owner if you are planning on Hosting Any Type of Party (Small or Large) or Family Get-Together.
1st Floor/ Ground Level: Front door entrance with patio furniture opening to patio breezeway with outside hot water shower to backyard. Side door leading to concrete breezeway. Den with sofa, love seat, chair, desk, TV/DVD, CF & Recroom with billiards table, bench, wet bar, full size refrigerator & sliding glass doors leading to the 6ft privacy fenced in backyard featuring an in-ground concrete pool offering a concrete patio around entire pool with patio furniture tables, chairs, bar stools and lounge chairs. Outdoor gas fire pit, year round hot tub, outdoor bar, corn hole, charcoal grill & gas grill. There is a gas grill with a tank that can be exchanged out for use. Please note -PROPANE TANK and CHARCOAL ARE NOT SUPPLIED, MUST BRING OWN.
Downstairs/ 1st Floor/ Ground Level:
1 Master Bedroom with Queen bed, TV, CF, double bowl sink bathroom with privacy door separating tub and toilet for dual use. Door connects to the hall and 2nd bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds, TV, CF Laundry area with washer/ dryer is in hallway.
2nd Floor/ Mid Level: Front stairway leading to main entrance door on furnished sound view covered deck. Opens into living room sitting area that has 2 sofas, desk, chair with built in book case and cabinet, CF, coat closet. 1- Queen Bed Master Bedroom, TV, CF. 2-Jack and Jill Bedrooms- 1-bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, TV, CF 1-Bedroom has 1 Bunk bed, CF that share 1 full size bathroom with a breezeway sun room study accessing backyard door to deck with stairs also front yard sliding glass door to furnished sound view front deck. 1-very large Queen Master Bedroom (over 500sq.ft) with 1 Bunk Bed, TV, CF a sofa & rocking chair includes own private backyard furnished deck also built in bench seating & stairs leading to top level screened porch with table and chairs off the Great Room.
3rd Floor/Top Level: This level offers 2 Great Rooms with 1 half bath. Linens are ordered and delivered to the home prior to your arrival and will be placed near the front door on the ground (shrink wrapped) in a black box. The company will not place linens inside the home , nor take the linens off of the beds, or out of the bathrooms. Upon departure, please place the dirty linens (NOT comforters, mattress pads or pillows) inside the black box they are delivered in, and where it was originally placed when delivered.
Please do not put the black box on the second floor deck near the front door, it must remain on the ground.
