A modern cabin for large groups for a fun weekend in the mountains or a week away from the world in the beautiful duck creek village area. Great for family reunions!!

A 4X4 vehicle is REQUIRED to access the cabin in winter months (October-April), roads are sometimes slippery and muddy. The cabin is accessed by dirt road, which is plowed in the winter but sometimes has 1 or 2 inches of snow on it.

Rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with very strict activity restrictions. Violations will result in being fined and entire security deposits potentially being forfeited. A list of restrictions is available to help you to determine if this rental is suitable for your vacation plans.

Any renters bringing or renting ATV's, Side x Sides or dirt bikes. Please read special rules provided as roads should only be used to access trails. They should not be used to ride up and down as this can be very disruptive to full time residents that work from home and can very loud and dusty. Please do not use others driveways to turn around and obey all laws and especially all speed limits.

Enough space for everyone
Beautiful duck creek cabin. Lots of rooms and beds for everyone to spread out. Kitchen is large and has a lot of supplies for cooking. House is in a neighborhood but was quiet. Property manager was very responsive if I had any questions. We will be back!

Fantastic large cabin
This is a fantastic cabin for large families or families traveling together! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, everyone enjoyed the games! The property is beautiful and situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very close to the village and many of the popular hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again!

Siblings Reunion
We were six siblings - 5 with their spouses - ages ranging from 66-80. We had a beautiful time. Loved the facility. The google map was not too helpful in finding the cabin but those with GPS did fine. We were very impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was and loved having the two fridges. One of the ladies would have liked to have had a support bar in the shower. She nearly fell because it was slippery. We also appreciated all the extra blankets.

Wonderful Christmas Cabin
We were impressed upon arrival at the spaciousness, cleanliness, and accurate online portrayal of this cabin. We even thought the pictures didn't quite do it justice. It was a great size for our party of four families, had plenty of towels, the kitchen was well-stocked (we cooked meals for our large party each night), plenty of parking, very easy communication and entry. The morning sunrise views through the trees was amazing. The downstairs play area was great for all ages. There was a lot of seating in the main hangout area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if our plans brought us this way again!

Fantastic cabin
The cabin was a bit difficult to get to in the snow so make sure you are prepared. Once we arrived the place was absolutely spectacular. Very clean inside, cozy and accommodating for our group. Plenty of blankets, full stocked kitchen and even toys for our youngest ones to play with. Our group takes a yearly trip to Duck Creek and this was by far our favorite cabin we've stayed at. Well definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a great time at this Duck Creek cabin! It was clean and spacious. The layout was great. There were lots of toys and books for the little kids. If we decide to go back to Duck Creek, we'll stay here again!

It is embarrassing that there isn't a recycle program. Utah and/or your company are way behind the curve. I know Utah is a red state, but that doesn't mean they need to be stupid.

Great experience! However, be aware of the altitude (8510’) several of us had symptoms of altitude sickness, including difficulty sleeping, headaches and difficulty breathing.

The house was well equipped and we had everything we needed. It was a very convenient location since we were visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. It is a great place for a large group. I would recommend this place for sure.

Overall we had a great winter trip!
I have never stayed in a mountain community in winter. It was wonderful and perfect distance between Zion and Bryce. If you say with snow in the ground you must have fwd and recommend chains just in case. However if one car in you party can’t make the drive, there is a paved lot, free, by the highway that you can park at and get a ride up. The cabin was awesome!
