Our stay at the Best Western was perfect! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it is centrally located. The breakfast bar had real breakfast food....eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes. My family was very pleased with the everything!

Lack of housekeeping was a concern. We stayed three nights from Friday through Sunday and only received a new set of towels. Nothing else. I requested service twice on two mornings and in spite of reassurances from the front desk, nothing was done! At an average of over $200 per night this and the lack luster breakfast were unacceptable. Staff members were very kind and the pool area was great!

We had a nice stay at the BW - it was our college reunion so it was a perfect place to sleep. Plenty of room to have friends meet and talk in the lobby or move over to the restaurant within the hotel.

The pool was amazing, and the reason we chose the hotel. Our guestroom was very dated. The toilet leaked. The toiletries offered in the room were barely enough for one person, let alone the 3 who were travelling. We purposely did not bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash because hotels we've recently stayed in supply these for guests. We had to go out and purchase these items.

The hotel room was roomy and I like the layout with the a mirror area to get ready separate from the bathroom. I don’t love all the carpeting, the hotel is older, and has a smoke smell to it.

Looking for a place to rest before the craziness started for my sister’s wedding weekend. It fit the bill of a place to rest and refuel. The floor plan is a bit confusing but once you traveled it a few times, it became easier.

It was a last minute option for us, so we didn’t really do our research about this place. If your room is near the pool area, like our was, you’re going to hear a lot of kids screaming and overall commotion. Couldn’t sleep in because it got loud early on, had to check out to stay sane. Otherwise room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable, carpet could be updated eventually. Typical hotel breakfast, bland eggs, rubbery sausage links and mini pancakes. Hoping one day corporate hotel chefs will come up with something healthier.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It’s an older hotel and it shows its age. The room was ok, but public areas need better upkeep and cleaning. The breakfast is included but we found it inferior to most hotels in this price range - watery coffee is just not acceptable. There is only one small elevator for a 4-floor hotel. The elevator was out of order for part of our stay which was quite inconvenient for guests on the 4th floor. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel.
