Perfect base for exploring Dublin
Very comfortable, clean and well appointed apartment within easy walking distance to lots of attractions. We went to a Rugby International and the Aviva stadium was a steady 45 minute walk. Other reviews have mentioned the noise outside at night and this was the case during our stay but we'd brought earplugs so wasn't a problem. Very nice food store just across the street and airport transfer bus stop just a 10-15 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, really enjoyed the apartment
First & foremost - great lil spot for 2 people. My niece and I had a girls trip. Perfect location! Easy to find, easy to get to other touristy spots. It was clean, everything worked, all good. Our only issue, and we experienced it every day, was the noise level of the other tenants. Heavy walking alllll night, front doors slamming in the middle of the night and loud conversations taking place in the halls. At one point, a new tenant checked in to the apartment above us at 5 am, and they were so loud, they woke us up. I sleep with a sound machine and I still heard it. This is by no means something the owners are at fault for, just sharing for future tenants to be mindful about. We would go back, for sure, and rent the whole building for our families!

Clean and beautiful but loud and bad toilet
The apartment is new, beautiful and very clean. The toilet did not work even after the maintenance man tried to fix. It was not filling with water so would not flush. The neighborhood at night was very loud til 4am so could not sleep with windows open. There were not basics toiletries provided like body wash and shampoo. AmaUyng dumpling restaurant right next door

Great location
We loved staying here it was so convenient to everything and easy to walk to. The street noise is loud at night, being ear plugs, but you are in the middle of a city, it's going to be noisy. There a Nespresso venturo cuide machine but no pods, and we couldn't find the pods at any store we went into so if you want coffee, bring some pods.

Beautiful Apartment.
The apartment was very nice and convenient to many of the sites . Since Dublin was in the middle of hotter than normal temps it did get warm. Lots of street noise but I think they are working in a solution for that. We would book there again! Thank you Edwina-

Immaculately clean & a great location
This property is very recently refurbished and all furnishings and kitchen appliances are brand new. It was very clean, and check-in was very smooth. Van, the operations contact, was prompt, friendly, and thoroughly explained how to operate the appliances, windows, and doors. There is a nice patio with a table and chairs. The location is near the major sights. A market is on the corner, the bus stop is a half block away, and Pease train station is a short walk. Do bring earplugs if you sleep with the window open, as there are several (very good) nightspots nearby.

The apartment does not have central air, so you have to keep the windows and door open to get air, and they have no screens so the flies come in. Also, you're right on top of a bar that plays loud music all night and people hang out talking loudly. Your bedroom is in the front of the street.
