This house is ideally located in the Town of Swords beside all amenities shopping centre - Main Street - Bus-link and Motorway access to M1 leading to North -South - East & West . Perfect stop for a Preflight from Dublin Airport or Post-flight with Dublin Airport only 10 minutes drive. This little 2 Bed offers Comfort like your own Home - Lovely Bar- Restaurant beside the house and very popular
The space
Ideally Located in the Heart of Swords - 2 Bedroom House - Separate Kitchen - Sitting Room Downstairs - 2 Bedrooms -Bathroom Upstairs - This is a quiet House -Located beside all Amenities-walking distance Restaurants/ Bar - Malahide not far away - Beach Approx 8km.

The House sleeps 4 upstairs - ( 2 Double Beds Upstairs )

Downstairs Bed Suite Sleeps 2 - If 6 people staying it can be a tight space with the Sitting room as it is used for the downstairs sleeping quarters - it is ideal for short stays - Long Stays are welcome but keep this in Mind -
PLEASE NOTE IF BOOKING 6 PEOPLE THE SPACE IS VERY TIGHT DOWNSTAIR WHEN THE SOFABED IS IN USE. PLEASE BE MINDFUL IF BOOKING AS IT IS IDEAL FOR 4 IN TOTAL BUT EXTRA SPACE IS AVAILABLE.

The Exit from the House is on a Blind Bend so be extra cautious when exiting the House - Signs are at the exit

Lovely area with a quiet remembrance to the area. There will be no outdoor noise only passing traffic
Other things to note
Access to house is up a steep driveway
Parking is on the left at the Top
Very safe Location
When leaving you can reverse back for a turnaround with your car and drive front down but need to be careful when exiting a driveway
Always Blow the horn of your car when exiting and drive very slowly out on the Road
Car will always stop for you but need to be cautious

Great place
Aiden and his family were very accommodating. He was easy to connect with and helped us in the last minute in finding a place to stay when our other VRBO double booked our space. (The other space wasn’t connected to Aiden). Aiden and his family were GREAT. Highly recommend this place.

Short but great stay in Swords
We stayed here for two nights and it checked all the box’s. We really liked how it had a washer and dryer. The driveway was a bit scary to get out of, since it was on a blind corner. The location was convenient, very close to Main Street. We really enjoyed the Old School pub which was literally across the road. We said if we are ever in the Dublin area again we would stay here in a minute
