Not bad for price but could be better

The room was small, I am a huge tea drinker and and when I looked in the kettle there was a disgusting residue on top of the water I had to clean the kettle myself but it was still dirty. So I would advise to change the kettles. The shower head was broken and water was squirting out of the shower hose instead of the head. Beds were comfy enough. Staff quite friendly but because of the weather me and my friend had to stay 2 extras nights and were charged full price even though there was a storm and it wasn’t our fault as we couldn’t have been able to get home as trains and buses were closed therefore I am very dissapointed.

Handy location.

My girlfriend and I were staying in Dublin for one night for a gig.Decided to stay here as it seemed pretty close to the city centre.And it was to be fair.After checking in we headed to our room to find it was still in the middle of being cleaned.This was four o'clock by the way and fairly annoying as we were running late.The following morning we were awaken to what sounded like elephants about to come through the floor. All in all tho it was good value. Close to everything and the room was clean with tea/coffee facilities.Handy if you're on the tear in Dublin and are just looking for somewhere to close your eyes for a few hours close to the heart of it all.

Good value stay without roughing it!

Very pleasant experience, staff extremely helpful and polite. Shower, hot water and room heat more than adequate, breakfast (at just 5 euros) good value in a nicely furbished dining room. Would recommend it to anyone and hope to stay again on my next visit to Dublin.

Sijainti hyvä josta helppo liikkua Dublinin keskustaan kävellen tai julkisiin kulkuneuvoihin. Hotelli aika kostea ja kylmä mutta pienellä budjetilla ihan ok majoitus jos ei liikoja vaadi. Henkilökunta oli mielestämme mukavaa ja hoiti asiat hyvin. Huone oli hyvin siivottu mutta muuten aika perus UK/Irlanti meininki (pahviseinät ja kostea)

Einziger Pluspunkt war die Zentrale Lage

Pros: Zentrale Lage.
Cons: Ja! Sauberkeit und eventuell ein bisschen auffrischen / renovieren!
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich in der nähe des Custom House. Weiterhin sind nur wenige Schritte die Bar's The Celt und O'Sheas Bar entfernt. Beide waren ok.
Im Hotel angekommen konnten wir zunächst nicht unser Zimmer finden. Dieses war im Hintergebäude versteckt. Auf der Eingangstür des Hinterhauses waren die Zimmer mit Kugelschreiber gekritzelt, sodass wir die Zimmernummern gar nicht wahrnehmen konnten. Der Gang zum Hinterhaus (durchs Freie) machte keinen einladenden Eindruck. Völlig heruntergekommen. Kam mir wie in einem Ghetto vor. Das Zimmer an sich war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (zwei Nächte) ok. Die Dusche war an vielen Stellen mit Schimmel befallen. Im Bett konnten wir fremde, dunkle Haare auffinden. Des Wegen versuchten wir uns so wenig wie möglich im Hotel bzw. Zimmer aufzuhalten. Das Frühstück nahmen wir nicht in Anspruch, deswegen kann ich hierzu nichts sagen. Das einzige positive war die Zentrale Lage des Hotels. Was jedoch auch nicht in der besten Gegend lag. (Nachts Betrunkene, Randalierende Jugendliche) Das Hotelteam war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war das Hotel enttäuschend, wobei man dazu sagen muss, dass die Hotels in Irland sehr teuer sind. Wer also nicht viel Geld fürs Hotel ausgeben möchte und für Sauberkeit und Wohlfühlklima abstriche machen kann, ist das Maple Hotel in Ordnung.

hotelli lähellä bussiterminaalia´.

Pros: henilökunta mukavaa aamiainen hyvä
Cons: ei hissiä, mutta asialle ei voi mitään.
Location: Hotelli on bussiterminaalin lähellä ja lyhyen matkan päässä O'Connell Streetistä lähistöllä museoita ja ja GPO

Gutes Low-Budget Hotel

Gute Lage, zweckmässig eingerichtetes Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Was will man mehr? Wenn man das Zimmer nur zum schlafen braucht ist es in Ordnung. Sonst wirkt das Zimmer etwas beengend.
