Our home is perfectly suited to families seeking a blend of privacy yet close to the city. Nestled within a serene environment, it is a generously sized house with five bedrooms. Location-wise, a few minutes walk to the old village of Chapelizod, where quaint pubs and delightful restaurants await you with the Phoenix Park right on our doorstep too.

Our house is detached and boasts five bedrooms with four bathrooms and three inviting living areas, while the large kitchen provides the perfect space to hang out too.

We hold deep respect for our neighbors and so we kindly request that only respectful individuals or families stay. We kindly ask that parties and events or loud outdoor noise be refrained from.

Parking is hassle-free, with room for two cars.

We wish to extend our utmost transparency by mentioning that there is some nearby construction. However, we are pleased to share that it has had minimal impact on our day-to-day living and finishes at 5:30 PM each weekday evening. We mention this out of politeness and to ensure you have all the necessary information.

Fantastic!
Absolute brilliant time! Location was spot on for amenities, everything virtually on your doorstep with a 5 minute walk into the local village for shops to a local cafe and bars and restaurants. A quick 10 minute taxi journey into the centre of Dublin costing between 12-15 euros from the property and 20 minutes in a taxi to and from the airport costing between 28-30 euros. The property was something else, first class! fantastic decor, extremely modern and very clean and well-maintained. The photos on the website for the property do it justice. Couldn't fault the owners, very welcoming on arrival and very helpful, they provided us with a welcome pack which included local taxi numbers, amenities etc I certainly would recommend this property to friends and family and I would certainly visit again.
