Super friendly staff. The hotel industry would be so much better if more front desk employees were as good as Tristan. Loved the ice cold lemon water. And the complimentary breakfast was lovely.

We were not even able to stay at the hotel. They could not or would not check us in because their system was down. But still billed me $270 for the night for a room they would not let us stay in. Horrible customer service.

The first "non-smoking" room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. they moved me to another "non-smoking" room and it also reeked. Gross!

Our go-to spot on the way to Florida. Love this property; staff is great, rooms are great and breakfast is above average for this type of place with good selections. Pillow were not great this time but first time we stayed they were fine.
