No contact and LOST!
It was a disaster getting checked in! We were never contacted with check in information and were finally told to CALL!!! How do you do that when you only have email and texting? A kind Irish man dialed the number in his phone and let me talk to the property manager! Then the directions on Google took us to an alley and finally after an hour plus we located the property!! We found two people wandering around later that evening who were also lost so we directed them to the property! Citybreaks really let us down in so many ways! Hotels.com can do better!

Property is in an excellent location, close to many local attractions. However, the directions to the property were not clear as the postcode brought you to a completely different street. What3words location stamp could be an easy solve for this. The room itself wasn't great, needed a bit of a renovation. Paint stains on carpet in bedroom and walls in need of some improvement works. The room itself also had many of the owners belongings inside. Ensuite bathroom was in need of improvements, walls in poor condition and shower drained very slowly.
