In Receivership
The hotel was closed and put into receivership on May 1, 2015 and we did not know. Expedia should have known they were going into receivership and closing.
We had to scramble to find another hotel on a crowded " Bank Holiday" (three day) weekend. Had to spend double to get rooms.
Shame on Expedia. You let us down. We are very unhappy with you.

The receptionist was nice but the hotel smelled like smoke, although our room was non smoking it still smelled, looked nothing like the pictures and the carpet in the room wasn't very clean. The television had a constant buzzing sound when turned on & about 3am there was banging and noise. Wouldn't stay here again
It is a lovely hotel but our door was very stiff as if is was broken and so where our blinds on the window, we didn't notice them at first as the curtains were closed but the next morning when we pulled back the curtains back they were hanging there plus there was an awful lot of noise in the corridors and it said satellite tv but there wasn't any. Overall I really enjoyed my stay the staff are fantastic and make you feel very welcome it was entirely my fault for not bringing it to the attention of the Manager as other friends were staying there at the time and their headboard broke and they were not sanctified with the room and were move to a different room and also got a complementary stay.

Comfortable stop-over in Tallaght
Stayed overnight on business trip. Comfortable bed in nice quiet room at the rear of the hotel. Plenty of restuarants close to the hotel - I had dinner in the Indian restuarant next door and it was excellent. Good size fridge and tea-making facilities in the room.

Nice but noisy.
Hotel and room itself was ok, clean but needs refurbished. Nightclub still had people outside at 4am. Very noisy, even with windows closed.

Lovely staff
We loved our stay, the rooms need up dating however that didn't take away from the helpful staff, breakfast was good, impressed by the fresh fruit available, the toast was the best I have ever tasted.the band playing in the bar on thurs night (substitute) was excellent, I am 54years old and it was great, playing to all ages. I will definitely be back.
We stayed at the hotel for a week and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel! The staff were the most attentive staff I've seen at a hotel. They were all happy to answer any questions even the more strange requests! Special thanks must go to Rebecca and Kasha for making the stay more enjoyable!!! The room we stayed in was lovely and cleaned everyday without fail. The food, at an extra cost was absolutely delicious. Where we stayed was perfect as well. There was a shopping centre about a 5 minute walk away and we were only about 40 minutes away from the city centre. My advice would be to take the luas (their tram service) as it's a short walk away to the platform from the hotel and it's much quicker than driving. The one thing I would say though is that during the weekend there is a bit of noise from the bar and everything downstairs but that was the only thing I could fault about the hotel. A hidden gem!
This hotel is located far from downtown Dublin, but we were surprised by all the amenities nearby. There are several restaurants and pubs nearly, including a nice shopping mall. The metro train is close to the hotel, but you do have to walk a bit. The location at first disappointed us, but we adjusted and found it a satisfying stay.
Very friendly staff, gave us advice on where to visit locally as to avoid the tourist traps, etc. Restaurant/Bar open late for us, very personal service from staff. Clean, quiet room for a better than average price and easy free parking in the parking garage! What else could you want?
We found that the staff went out of their way to be helpful. We asked about places to visit and the young lady on reception was extremely helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the bedroom was neat and clean. Towels changed daily.
Hotel was ok it was clean and staff were nice but really old fashioned hotel terrible colours but the main two things were the hotels corridors absolutely stunk of smoke we got a room at the very end of corridor and having to walk all way to the end with the smell of smoke everywhere was quite disgusting and also the rooms were boiling hot and no way to turn heatin down. Couldn't sleep well at all with the heat. Wouldn't stay again
The hotel is situated at the end of the tram line which is great as its about a 5 minute walk (through the awesome and massive shopping mall) to the tram then about a 40 min journey to town centre. The hotel had everything we needed for a budget weekend in Dublin and you would pay ten times the amount to stay in a worse hotel closer to the city so chose this one. The room was clean and tidy and tea/coffee facilities were a bonus. The decor is a little dated but who cares when you're in Dublin you're not going to be staring at your hotel room walls! There is a bit of noise at nighttime which could irritate light sleepers. The bathrooms all have a fan which stays on for quite a while after you've turned the light off, whether its your room or the ones next door. Also the fridges are quite loud as well as the nightclub above and pub underneath! Luckily we had a room on the other side of hotel so didn't bother us at all but we could hear it very loudly in the corridors so wouldn't have wanted a room at the front of the hotel. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful so all in all a really great hotel at the price it is.

Nice and convenient for price
The hotel is right next to the Tallaght Square (mall) which is nice if you need anything during your stay. The tram stop is a short walk from the hotel and not terribly far from city center. The room was clean and at or above what I expected for the price and being European. The club is fairly loud at night but we were lucky enough to have the furthest room from it and could not hear any music at all. It is close to the countryside and M50 if you plan to do a lot venturing out of Dublin by car.
