Terrible . Unsafe locals harassing you outside of hotel after dark told not to go out after dark unsafe . Service station held up same night we were there . Room was mouldy carpet mouldy . No changing of sheets or amenities bring your own if game to stay here . Not even soap to wash your hands . We were told after check in it is a half way place also for ex cons on release . Room extremely small couldn’t swing a cat in two normal size people can’t walk around at same time in room . If you want a drama story to tell stay here .

The rooms are neat but cleanliness is well below average. No plates in the room milk is left on top of the fridge not inside. Shower is mouldy. Toilet works great and good water pressure and that’s it

Needs an overhaul, but some good things happening.
The motel looks run-down and needs a overhaul. The queen-size bed was great and very comfortable. We had the disabled room with a larger bathroom which was good, but that makes the bedroom small. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful.

Room was a little smelly and very small (well, it's an Ibis, so that's expected). No shampoo and "body wash" turned out to be bars of soap. Zero flexibility for early checking. Breakfast was good.

For the price you know what you are going to get. Getting the bad out of the way, there was some interesting stains on the carpet and hair on the walls of the shower. Not to mention the shower is just mists to save water. The things that work well for this place is its location a quick 20min walk to the centre of Dubbo not to mention some great dining options near by. The bed was actually pretty amazing also.

Staff were friendly however the beds were hard like rock, pillows were all diiferent softness and one was hard like rock. Rooms were tiny. Barely any space for 4 with luggage. At 5am onwards we heard door banging. I am assuming people were leaving. I barely slept. We saw aboriginals drinking in the carpark after dinner. Didnt make us feel safe leaving our car there. We will definitely not be back.
