Since when have our standards for 4 and 5-star hotels dropped so low? The things that bothered me the most about our stay include: The concierge was indifferent to our presence and offered no assistance with our luggage. There was no help provided in hailing a taxi. The majority of the staff were rude, with the exception of one individual named Mohammadreza. Surprisingly, there was a charge for ice. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were cramped. I cannot recommend staying here at all

We had a very good stay at Towers Rotana, I liked the hotel and the room was good but small for 4 people. The pool and bar and restaurantes are very helpful travelling with kids. Very near the metro station. There should be more than one shuttle offered for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

I can t charge the phone near bed, the food was bed, fast food veryday the same, the most from the staff treat arogand the people, the pool is very very small, If you don't have all inclusive, the prices are very very big!!!!! A coffe 6€ !!! I pay it extra Windows view i dont become... to much money for this hotel and for the conditions

A Wonderful New Years Stay
A wonderful hotel to stay at. The amazing staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We went there for the New Year holiday and had an amazing experience while staying at Towers Rotana.
