We had a few issues, tv didn't work for a couple of days, there was a fire drill and we weren't told about it, apparently they left a letter in the rooms, but unfortunately not in ours. Imagine our scare when alarms started to play and the drill started. Not a nice way to wake up.

The staff were great! This hotel is clean and love how close everything is. The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from as well. I can’t wait to come back and will be staying at The First Collection Business Bay again, highly recommend!

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel and decided to switch to another one after the first night. Although the customer service was good and we had no complaints about the staff, the bathroom was dirty and we didn't feel comfortable staying there. Additionally, we were charged $145 CAD for early check-in, which we felt was not worth it considering the quality of the hotel.

The hotel is good for value with free shuttle bus service to Dubai Mall. The buffet breakfast was average but the good thing was you can order fresh cooked eggs of your choice which made a big difference. The staff all were excellent both in front desk and the lobby restaurant. Very happy with their service :)
