Absolutely horrible management and customer service. AC did not function, internet was down for 3days and the staff kept lieing about it. We didn’t get fresh towels for 2days. Fire alarm kept going off 2-3 times almost every night between 4:00-5:00Am. The only staff member who was helpful was Taha at front desk.

The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Even after multiple requests, we did not receive fresh towels, toilet paper, or a restock of the minibar. The air conditioning was set too cold, and despite calling several times a day—because my friend got sick from it—they just laughed at us and said the temperature could not be adjusted. Because it was unbearable, we checked out several days early. I would never recommend this place.
