Bed was too hard. Pillows old and either lumpy or too hard. Carpet needs a good clean. Air con system not great. Noisy car and street noise. Rusty bin in bathroom. Staff lovely and very polite. Room cleaned well. Area not very nice.

Great 5 night stay with breakfast. Good selection and chef would cook eggs omelette etc Rooms were as a premier inn would be expected. Rooftop pool was great with a very friendly lifeguard. Will definitely stay again.

Evita did outstanding checking me in and insuring my stay would be pleasant. She answered all of my questions about the city and was very helpful. The hotel is close to the metro which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the pub was excellent in the evening after a full day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again 👍
