We had a great experience staying here. The rooms are excellent and clean. The pool was under going maintenance so the hotel staff had arranged an alternative some 10 mins walk away or less than 5 mins by taxi for around 20 aed. We didn't mind the walk. The valet parking system although there to have better management of parking needs some work. In my opinion valet parking although free should still be an option rather than mandated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The stuff of the hotel was very nice and professional The pool was out of order at the hotel so they had a pool ready for me at a nearby hotel ( need to walk a little bit but not too far) I will come back to this hotel in the near future

This hotel is in a very good location. It is convenient to go to many attractions. The hotel provides shuttle buses to a few different malls which is ideal for shopping and exploring. Hotel is good value for money. 3 of us stayed there for 7 nights. Hotel staff were wonderful, helpful and always happy to help. Nabi Gul, Amit, Jaya, chef Rakhi were a few of the wonderful staff that we met. The pool and gym are a great addition to the hotel as when you have spare time this can keep you occupied if you wish. Housekeeping was brilliant. Rooms were clean and fresh everyday. The hotel gave a birthday cake for one of us which was a nice gesture from the hotel. We had a breakfast buffet which was good. Maybe ingredients displayed would be ideal for anyone with allergies/dietary requirements.

The modern and elegant decor created a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for my entire visit. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, and the array of amenities provided, including a well-stocked minibar and high-speed Wi-Fi, made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at Novotel World Trade Center was a five-star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. Excellent staff. Good quality rooms. Favorite thing about the hotel was quality of the team. The location is great for programs at the Trade Center and near some good food and community spaces. We moved here from another hotel nearby that was not good and even though we absorbed the cost, it was an excellent decision.
