very strong perfume smell in the lobby elevator and corridors (all throughout the hotel basically) which makes you feel like you’re going into a strip club or something. it’s very unpleasant and was the major reason why i will never be going back

I only stayed for 1 night because I was moving to the Palm area, but let me just say Hyde was fantastic! The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The rooms were super nice as well. I recommend the canal view, it’s beautiful at night. I’m in Dubai celebrating my birthday and Hyde went above and beyond even with me only staying a single night.

Property rooms smelt, had to be moved twice. Thanks to the staff. Hotel scent is also very strong could do with toning it down. Hotel sheets are also rough and cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel was spacious and clean. Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating everyone from room service to dining staff, spa masseuse, receptionist, valet attendees Everyone was great. TaraQ was my contact initially and he made sure our pick up to and from the airport was a easy. The restaurant on site was a bonus.Thanks everyone for making this a memorable trip for my 2 teenagers, 3 friends and myself.
