So close to the airport and they provide an airport shuttle service. Rooms are very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The Runway Restaurant has beautiful staff who are always smiling and take the time to come speak with you. Nice ala carte food for lunch and dinner, the buffet Breakfast had good variety but was average. However, the fresh omelette station is great! Such a perfect stopover for anyone who is travelling onto another country and needs to refresh and sleep! A special mention to the lovely staff in the Runway Restaurant. Thank you, we will recommend you to friends.

Walking distance from airport, no need for the shuttle service. Very quiet, big rooms beautifully decorated and the hotel overall is beautiful and spacious. Great breakfast! Staff is welcoming and helpful.

After a grueling 15-hour flight, I checked into the hotel expecting to relax and refresh before my next journey. Instead, I find out that the hot water is not functioning, with no clear timeline for resolution. Hot water is a fundamental amenity that any guest should reasonably expect in a hotel. This failure is completely unacceptable, especially for a traveler who selects the hotel specifically for rest and rejuvenation. Without a hot shower, it is impossible to unwind and prepare adequately for the next leg of the trip. When I inquired about alternative solutions, I was informed that canceling my reservation was not an option. This forced me into a compromised situation where I could neither seek another property nor enjoy the basic standards of comfort that I paid for. It is especially frustrating knowing that other nearby hotels, such as the Holiday Inn, not only offer comparable or better services but also provide airport shuttles for added convenience—all at a lower price.

Walk up at 1:45am with neighbors yelling and screaming and pouncing on the walls! Called the front desk at 1:47am they said they are sending security…..NOBODY CAME for 17 minutes!!! Called them again, finally they send two men that requested to enter my room to “VERIFY THE DISTURBANCE”!!! They did and finally went to speak with those people. I couldn’t go back to sleep!! At check out I requested a credit for my stay which they ABSOLUTELY DEINIED, indicating that they “took care of the trouble”..!!!!!

Hotel was generally ok. Issues were no body wash in shower dispenser. The breakfast was very poor. The main problem was with the airport shuttle. I had contacted the hotel with our incoming flight time and asked about the hotel shuttle. The only response I got was that the shuttle operated on a fixed time schedule. What they didn’t say was that this was that early morning that was every two hours. When we arrived at the airport we had trouble finding the shuttle location and after waiting for 15 minutes still no shuttle. I called the hotel to be advised that the next shuttle was over an hour away. We were fortunate to find a very helpful airport assistant who organised a taxi for us. The whole episode resulted in it taking over 2 hours to get from Terminal 3 to the hotel. All this could have been if the hotel had advised us of the shuttle operation schedule. We could have got a taxi and been at the hotel over an hour earlier.
