The hotel does not honor its policy. I made reservations requesting pickup from and to the airport only to be told after the reservations was made that they dont offer pickup from the airport. I asked to cancel my reservations then they told me No, and if i did i couldn't get my money back. After serveral attempts speaking with management they canceled my reservations and never gave me my refund. My husband and I was stuck in Dubai airport for 12 hours until or next flight.

Good budget hotel
Clean and comfortable room but aircon not that efficient. Breakfast was mostly asian food - could do wirh more european choice. Nice reception area with sofas, games table and a bar (though drinks were on the pricey side). Easy 5 minute walk to train station which gets you around the city cheaply.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during our recent stay at a hotel booked through your platform. During our stay, a serious incident occurred when the shower in our room completely fell off, causing my mother to sustain a back injury. This incident significantly impacted our experience and caused considerable distress. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel management, and they were very understanding. The hotel staff acknowledged the problem and expressed their agreement with our concerns. However, they informed us that they could not directly issue a refund because our booking was made through Expedia. They advised us to contact you to process the refund. Given the circumstances and the discomfort caused by this incident, we kindly request a refund for our booking. Easy check-in and room was ready for us when we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only flipside at the hotel was that the swimming pool was on rooftop and we couldn't use it because of the hot weather outside. Our booking was in the month of July.
