Hotelaussagen können nicht eingehalten werden

Pros: Das Hotel verfügt über Laundry Facilities für die Gäste.
Cons: Heizung sollte einstellbar sein pro Zimmer. Wenn 3 Personen gemeldet sind, sollten auch Handtücher für 3 Personen vorhanden sein. Sauberkeit erhöhen.
Location: Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur CTrain Station "Banff Trail", so dass man die Innenstadt von Calgary ruhig auch mal zu Fuss erkunden kann.
Trotzdem 3 Personen gemeldet waren, wurden die Handtücher jeden Tag gewechselt und jeweils neue für 2 Personen hingelegt.Tissuebox war über Tage leer. Zimmer ist eher etwas klein für 3 Personen, aber okay. Heizung konnte nicht zurückgestellt werden, so dass wir 27 Grad im Zimmer hatten. Zimmer dürfte sauberer gehalten werden. Wir mussten jeden Tag die Handtücher für die 3. Person beim Lobby-Personal einfordern. Dieses Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Das Hotel ist bestrebt, exzellenten Kundenservice und Qualität zu einem vernünftigen Preis anzubieten. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt haben und uns bemühen, durch Renovierungen und Upgrades und eine bessere Schulung unserer Mitarbeiter zu verbessern. Das Hotel hat einen neuen General Manager vor Ort und wir tun unser Bestes, um zukünftige Gäste einen besseren Aufenthalt zu erleben.
