As you enter the spacious home the main living area opens to the dining room and well appointed kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, French press, and dishwasher. Breakfast counter with swivel barstools. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, coffee filters, tea, dozen of spices, paper towels and dish soap. Fully equipped kitchen offers dinner service for 12, wine glasses, champange glasses, blender, juicer, rice cooker, steamer, electric tea kettle, dutch oven, bakeware, grilling utinsels and plenty of pots and pans.

The living room opens to the dining room that looks out to the expansive backyard and hot tub. Sit on the picnic table under the cafe lights, swing on the spider swing or play a game of corn hole.

The master bedrooms offers a king size bed with a comfortable thick mattress, soft linens and plenty of pillows TV, full size dresser, nightstands, ceiling fan, plenty of windows with views for miles, full size mirror and a velvet sitting chair. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, wrap around mirrors, tub/shower combo and a walk in closet.

The guest rooms have queen size beds with pillow top mattress, soft sheets, ceiling fans, nightstands, vanities with a mirror and a large closet. Each room is tastefully decorated. The second guest room has a flat screen TV equipped with Roku.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. We provide plenty of soft, oversized bath towels and bath sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

Sit in one of the many rocking chairs on the front porch and enjoy the amazing view. Relax in the backyard under the cafe lights surrounded by oak trees for a night of stargazing, hot tubbing and grilling with friends and family. Our guests can enjoy over 4,500 channels, DVD player, tons of movies and secure 5G high-speed internet. For your convenience the property has a full size washer and dryer, full size ironing board, garment steamer and iron.

The duplex is on a private acre of land surrounded by trees, on a hilltop with amazing views. One pet is allowed. There is $100 pet fee. Any damages caused by the pet is the responsibility of the guest who books. Guests have access to the home with a keypad. No events without prior approval. Only the guests on the booking are allowed in the home. Manager is on call 24/7 for your convenience. All amenities are including hot tub, grill, back yard and fire pit are exclusive to this home. Onsite parking up to four vehicles.
