Overall the hotel is good. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The property looks modern and nice exterior. I was not very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It needs more proper cleaning. The AC is not very efficient especially in August where it’s mostly needed with the hot weather. The quality of the sheets and pillows were below average. The location of the hotel is excellent close to the center and you can walk everywhere.

Nice place, excellent food. Only disappointment was the rather rude young man on reception when we checked in. Probably best if he wasn’t in a customer facing role. Everyone else was very pleasant. Happily would stay again.

I stayed here for two days and I enjoyed it. The location is great—directly in the middle of Altstadt and within walking distance to many attractions and public transportation. The mattresses were a little firm but some people prefer that. I would stay here again.

Perfect stay in Dresden
The room was clean, modern, and very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the service was very friendly. Perfect location too - right in the old town, halfway between the main train station and Neustadt station. I loved the glass elevators as well.
