Please rest assured that we do take our guests feedback very seriously and I thank you for your honest feedback. First of all I would like to offer my sincerest apologies, that your stay with us was not at all like you had expected it to be because our staff did not provide the flawless, welcoming and guest orientated service we strive to pride ourselves with. I am truly disappointed about this because even when at times our hotel might need renovations and reconstructions - our service should never be anything but welcoming, most friendly and tailored to our guests.
