Hotel is close to centre of Dresden,10 min. with number 9 tram in front of the hotel... Nice price for comfort that you get,you have huge park and zoo to visit in walking distance

The electronic key card for my room did not work properly, I had to go up to the 3rd floor and go down with my luggage and then go up again. But that's not all, the same thing happened the next day when I couldn't get into the room after breakfast! If the card does not work, it must be replaced! One of the lights in the bathroom was not working and was damaged, and the door handle to the bathroom was poorly attached. When I tried to drink tea in the lobby in the evening, it turned out that the kettle had already been taken out(?) and the person on duty did not offer to return it. After all, there are too many "minor" flaws for such a hotel, as well as for any. Breakfast, cleanliness, silence were at an excellent level.

Before check out (12:00pm), hotel personnel knocked my door three times by 10:30am with no reason, they do not know English and it have made the hard communication.

Very clean rooms, new furniture, friendly reception, small refrigerator with drinks - so 8/10 There is no BAR😭 actually is some Asian bar who was closed. There is no Kettle in the room that we can make morning coffee (what is very important for me to wake up) and you can't get it from the hotel (of course we wanted to pay) and the third but not so important was the street train who was under our room every 20-30min 🙄

The hotel room is spacious with brand new furniture. Free drinks in the refrigerator. Clean bathroom. Close proximity to bus stops. Parking is not free. Overall, highly recommended!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer nach hinten raus. Die anderen Zimmer nach vorne dürften recht laut sein. Nur am Anreisetag gab es ein Problem. Laut Information im Internet sollte die Rezeption ab 13 Uhr geöffnet sein. Wir sind ca. 13:15 am Hotel angekommen und wollten unser Gepäck deponieren, da der Checkin erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist. Aber das Hotel war geschlossen und die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Es dauerte bis ca. 14:15 Uhr, bis ein Mitarbeiter der Rezeption erschien und den Eingang zum Hotel öffnete, und weitere 30 Minuten, bis wir einchecken konnten.

Durch einen knotenpunkt der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel perfekt an die innenstadt angebunden fur urlauber. Der alte ortskern strehlen ist bezaubernd und sehenswert. Viele nette gute Restaurants nur 1 minute entfert. Für Geschäfts reisende ideal.

The main issue was related to late-night check-in. It must be clearly mentioned or informed via email, if someone comes after 11 PM, what will happen? because there is no one there after 11PM, and it is difficult to pick the key up.
