The lower level can be rented/added for events such as dinners, banquets, baby showers, bridal showers, or any other event up to approximately 40 persons. The lower level has a separate entrance if both areas are in use. Ask for cost and catering cost if needed.

During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Ohio River. A Smart TV and a microwave are available in the vacation home.
